Our site in Ohrdruf (Thuringia) Everything points towards the future

The factory here in Ohrdruf is designed above all for the manufacture of chocolate specialities made from our in-house processed cocoa. Brands such as Knoppers, merci and Werther's Original chocolate and caramel specialities are produced on the production lines of this factory, which was built shortly after German Reunification in 1993. They are also dispatched all over the world from the factory's logistics centre, which opened in 1998. Our employees in Ohrdruf also produce the raw mixture for all Storck chocolate products, and supply the other two factories with this mixture.

Our employees in this small town, which is surrounded by the spectacular Thüringer Wald forest and just along from Erfurt, Gotha and Eisenach, enjoy an extremely varied life. They can relax on extended hikes in the countryside, go shopping in Erfurt or take part in a guided tour of historic Weimar - the surrounding area offers scope for many different leisure time activities.
