Our Marketing department is divided into two important areas.
The international marketing department in Berlin focuses on centralised global brand management. On the basis of the respective brand's individual positioning, we develop the right product and packaging design, and also advertising contents and the matching campaigns. Together with our international colleagues, we assess the growth potentials in existing and new markets and develop suitable marketing concepts and country-specific solutions. These are then exhaustively evaluated in the course of qualitative and quantitative market research projects. Our popular brands are currently advertised with generous media budgets in 25 countries.
At a national level, our product marketing experts are responsible for the conceptual design, management and realisation of all brand activities for the local market, from targeted brand promotions and special offers, effective trade and POS solutions to pricing strategies and the management of media processes.
For these roles, we are looking for people with outstanding communication skills, creativity, enthusiasm, an analytical mind-set and the ability to convince others of our brands.
